Terms of payment for registration fees:
All payment (registration and hotel fees, social events) have to be made in Euros in advance by bank transfer without charges for the beneficiary!! After receipt of the registration you will receive an invoice from ZDS (The invoice will be sent in early April). With transfer of the total amount (participation fee, hotel, social events)  specified in the invoice you are allowed to participate in the conference. Currency
All Congress Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are requested to contact the Congress Organizing Bureau.

Cancellation Policy:
For every written cancellation received
before April 30^th 2011: The full amount paid will be reimbursed minus 20% handling fees
April 30^th to June30^st 2011: Max. 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed
after June 30^st: No refund applies.
All refunds will be made within two months after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

Liability

Any liability claims towards the organizer (ZDS) concerning damages for life, body and health as well as material equipment are excluded.

The organizers accept no liability in the event of force majeure. Hotel costs and registration fees are not refundable.

Place of Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction with regard to all claims is Bonn, GERMANY.
